A Z Cam-type dwarf nova exhibiting standstills and quasi-periodic outbursts.
RX And has been monitored continuously from Anysllum since September 2024 as part of a long-term dwarf nova campaign coordinated with the AAVSO. During this period, the system exhibited two full outburst cycles and entered a characteristic Z Cam standstill at magnitude 12.1 lasting approximately three weeks. Unfiltered CCD photometry with 60-second exposures provides nightly data points that have been submitted to the AAVSO International Database.
